Meet the Owner
Demir Miljkovic
After working for other contractors for over 10 years in various aspects of construction, I began my own company in 2015. I wasn’t satisfied with the overall construction experience often provided and set out to deliver high-end, customer-focused building services to the Des Moines area.
I have also worked as a local firefighter since 2007, which has provided me with a unique view of customer service. The fire service, at its core, follows a customer-first approach with high regards to certain core values. I have brought that same approach and core values with me into every project I complete. I want every customer to feel like a priority from the point of initial contact and well after the project has been completed.

Our projects are designed for longevity. Most of our projects, and all covered structures, are professionally permitted and designed by a licensed engineer. We can provide detailed CAD drawings for your design, not just a simple hand sketch.
