The homeowner wanted to convert the backyard into a much more usable space. We were able to modify the grade with Rosetta retaining walls, add a new patio below the deck and a patio with a fire pit away from the house, convert the area below the deck into a rain proof area, and add a custom built fireplace wall. The new lower level living area allowed for installation of the fireplace, heaters and lighting allowing the homeowners to utilize the area year round. This traditional look is one that will last for ages and fit all the needs of this homeowner. |
